Kidnappings Forecast to Rise in Iraq (AP)
AP - With Jill Carroll's release, four Western hostages have been freed in Iraq this month and one has been killed. Little is known about the shadowy kidnappers of the hostages who got away in March, and the circumstances of the releases were too different to draw conclusions, say terror experts.
